OUR MISSION

Higher Calling Initiative, Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to equipping aspiring entrepreneurs through mentorship, leadership development, practical business education, and faith-based guidance. Our educational programs are intended for informational and mentoring purposes only and should not be considered legal, financial, accounting, tax, investment, or other professional advice.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate in our programs or use our website. By using our services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

SERVICES

Higher Calling Initiative may provide mentorship, educational workshops, leadership development programs, networking opportunities, business coaching, educational resources, community events, online content, and other nonprofit initiatives designed to support entrepreneurs.

All services are offered based on organizational capacity and availability. Participation does not guarantee acceptance into any specific program.

DONATIONS

Donations made to Higher Calling Initiative support our charitable mission and programs. Unless otherwise stated by law, donations are voluntary, non-refundable, and may be used where they are needed most to advance the organization's mission.

Donors should consult their tax advisor regarding the deductibility of charitable contributions.

PRICING

Most educational programs, mentorship opportunities, and nonprofit services are offered free of charge or at significantly reduced cost through the generosity of donors, sponsors, grants, and community partners.

If fees are charged for specific workshops, events, educational materials, or special programs, pricing will be clearly disclosed before registration. Certain specialized services may be offered on a negotiated or project-specific basis.

PAYMENT TERMS

When payment is required, payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.

For invoices issued to organizations, sponsors, or partners, payment terms are Net 30 unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment processors.

LATE PAYMENTS

Any unpaid invoices remaining beyond their due date may be subject to reasonable collection efforts. We reserve the right to suspend participation in fee-based programs until outstanding balances have been satisfied.

REFUND POLICY

Unless otherwise stated for a specific event or program, payments for workshops, educational programs, registrations, and other paid services are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests resulting from extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed individually at our sole discretion.

Donations are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Participants may cancel their registration for programs or events at any time by contacting Higher Calling Initiative.

We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, modify, or reschedule any program, workshop, mentoring session, or event due to scheduling conflicts, insufficient enrollment, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.

If a paid event is canceled by Higher Calling Initiative, participants may receive a refund, transfer to another event, or account credit, at our discretion.

Every entrepreneur's journey is unique.

While we strive to provide valuable mentorship, education, and guidance, Higher Calling Initiative makes no guarantees regarding business success, profitability, financing, revenue, licensing, investment opportunities, employment, or any specific business outcome.

Success depends upon numerous factors beyond our control, including each participant's effort, decisions, market conditions, and individual circumstances.
